Organizing co-design processes

Organizing co-design processes in an organizational context is concerned with the engagement and facilitation of stakeholders in the design process. For co-design to be successful it is important to identify constellations and involve different types of participants that can take advantage of cross-disciplinary collaboration. The facilitated design dialogue can take place in a design lab or ‘in situ’ and can develop and use boundary objects in order to integrate technological knowledge with strategic concerns of the organization.
